Welcome to Tollington's, a Spanish-inspired fish bar located at 172 Tollington Park, Finsbury Park, London N4 3AJ. Our establishment pays homage to the vibrant pintxo bars of northern Spain, offering a relaxed and informal dining experience. Set within a lovingly restored 1970s fish and chip shop, we have retained original features like the stainless-steel counter and glass display cabinets, blending the charm of a traditional British chippy with the lively atmosphere of a Basque eatery. 

Our menu showcases a variety of seafood dishes, including grilled john dory, sardines, devilled crab, and cod cheeks, complemented by hearty sides such as our renowned chips bravas crispy, golden chips fried in beef dripping and served with homemade allioli and a mild, sweet bravas sauce. 

To accompany your meal, we offer a selection of drinks, including Estrella on tap, vermouth, and fino sherry.
